These Promotional Offer Conditions (“Offer Terms”) govern all discounts, coupon codes, promotional campaigns, cashback offers, free product offers, and limited-time deals (“Promotions”) offered by Evexia Nutrition (“Evexia”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through the website www.evexianutri.com or any official Evexia sales channels.
By participating in or availing any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Offer Terms in addition to Evexia’s Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice.
1. Eligibility
● Promotional offers are valid only for customers who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each offer.
● Unless stated otherwise, offers are applicable only to individuals aged 18 years and above.

● Free gifts must be returned along with the main product; failure to do so may result in deduction of the gift value from the refund.

● In such cases, Evexia reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund without any further liability.

10. Governing Law
These Promotional Offer Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.
